Contract and Fees

To contract the services of Prosthetic Consulting Technologies, you must print, sign and return a copy of our Consulting Agreement. It is easiest to fax a signed copy to 775-849-2566 and I will sign and fax back to you.

Fees for services are as follows:

• $350/hr for research, travel and deposition (maximum $2800/day for travel)
• $4000/day for trial testimony
